p sure you cant ban all proxy use (which is how abc and cirno and all the banned users get in)

He was banned for being a banned user with no evidence. "obviously abc" is just an empty accusation, why would a super troll want to play serious games in sandbox. People overestimate abc's capabilities, it's not humanly possible to have created as many accounts or have spent as much time as the mods claim abc have. They just use the figure "abc" as a reason to ban all the people they suspect of being banned users or to ban people they dislike, it makes things easier for the mods. It's even possible that abc is just a made up person by the mods to use as a scapegoat. abc is a myth, he don't exist.

Sorry guys, this won't be happening right now as the majority of players in sandbox like to just RL and ISP. =( (sad face)

However, I'm starting to convince players to think + use logic in games. The shift to serious games is happening, I sense the future. I expect in some time (after a month or so) that the majority of the sandbox player-base will start playing with more intelligent thinking. =) (Happy face)

I'd be up for it! I may be a weeb but that doesn't mean I don't appreciate serious games from time to time.

2) If someone uses green text to articulate a derogatory stance towards the lobby, politely inform them of the emerging sandbox worldview that is being pulled forward. For example, if someone says ">trying in sandbox" it might be a good idea to politely remind them of the fun that can happen at the end of a 20 min 12 player game at do-or-die lylo when players ARE playing to their win condition. These situations can often be quite intense and I assure you that this context is not similar to RANKED games, but also not defined by classical sandbox care-free attitudes. Sandbox is meant to be a state of hybridity between critical mafia thinking and non-ranked fun. Do not allow classical sandbox minds to deteriorate the game play with a continued oppressive hegemony.

So go ahead, have fun in sandbox. Do a little bit of crier trivia, help the alien win, and refuse to claim to the 'clear'... but always remember to reject the dominant troll culture and look into your heart.

I have slowly been pushing a secret sandbox agenda. There is an emerging sandbox worldview that is slowly making itself known. It rejects classical sandbox culture and the "it's sandbox" mentality which the OP refers to.

I will be releasing a 10 page manifesto later this year to further promote the rejection of business as usual. In the meantime, I have included two things that YOU can do to contribute to a healthy sandbox.

1) Ignore all virgin claims until the benefits outweigh the risks. I commend sandbox players who claim virgin as fool because of their blatant effort towards their win condition. It is the responsibility of the town to avoid a fool win, not the responsibility of the fool to tailor his strategy to the over-eager and ill-informed actions of the village. If someone says "fool win is best win," send them a private message and politely explain to them the nature of the game. Fool win is only best win if you are fool or a faction who can secure a win with the fool. A little bit of epic mafia education goes a long way.
