either journalist or watcher can out. if journalist outs, watcher can watch him that night; if watcher outs, journalist can get his report. informant catches watcher; lookout catches journalist.
mafia should probably nk and pseudo-stalk. it also forces town to lynch with an even number or else mafia will continue to nk until they get reports. it's risky though.
