Ninjas lead the kill and Spy NKs (as long as there are 3 mafia) just in case Mafia hit the Granny. Hitting the Granny results in no kill so long as a visiting mafia (Spy) doesn't take part in the killing. Town: Don't reply to Spy codes, they can out your role. Mafia: Don't reply to Agent, they can narrow down who you are. Mafia can NK to wifom hitting the Granny and then one mafia can CC Granny (if they want to try to get the Granny lynched--high risk, high reward play). Agent should claim Day 1 and lead, mafia can CC (a) PR(s) if they want (Agent/Oracle/Granny are fine, Agent is easiest though, but be careful with coding--remember that Agent can only message mafia), they have a lot of options here really, town should ideally keep the granny hidden in case a Ninja is lynched--Mafia would then have to use both Mafia to make kills.
