not luck based its all about making the most of the hand you've been dealed. there are very few scenarios where you are guaranteed a 100% loss from the very beginnig.
Night 1 is a night roulette. It's very easy to be put into a low percentage chance of winning as mafia if you have a bad N1. Fun setup, but really doesn't belong in competition, I'd say.

I think the worst thing is you wait for it to fill and on average 3/9 are gone by Day 1.
