Also him hammering the hooker made it so we couldn't hook the bs which would have given us autowin regardless and there would be no 50-50 vest situation. In any case, he seriously screwed our chances. And MisterPresident didn't vote super fast, and he left the vote up for several seconds before it was hammered by Phoenixi, which is proved by someone else commenting in the middle of the two votes.

Focusing on a single point is also called cherrypicking. When you judge phoe's game as a whole it's clear there is no intent to throw.

you need to remember the sheriff shot a blue already and a blue was vested/hit

mafia lynching ANY town is autowin. even if they lynched sheriff, there are 2 blues alive and 1 bs. 1 blue is confirmed blue because a bs can not vest themself. that means you can kill one of the town, and hook the other

you get a kill 100% of the time because you either a. kill bs, who cant protect himself or b. kill the blue, who will not get a vest because you hooked the only other potential bs

anyways, as discussed, the gamethrowing intent is based upon the hammer of his hooker, not the 50/50 kill on vests

Even if he HAD killed the hooker on purpose, Mister literally EXPLAINED that it was the only reason that he town read him over the ACTUAL Cop.

This action was the only thing that got him so far imo, so mistake (highly likely) or accident it doesn't deserve to be vio'ed just so you can win a bloody cup.

Thank you Torr, it all seems to add up to me - Pheonix didn't mean to say he was going to hammer BallerCharles, it was an obvious slip of the tongue (why would he hammer Sheriff without any votes on them, which would make him appear scummy later on?).

He clearly intended to vote theCourier, as has been stated elsewhere, but he slipped due to MisterPresident's spam-voting.

As I've said, I can clearly see Mori's motives - he is currently fifth place on the scoreboard and, although he has two hearts remaining, he could only potentially get the bronze cup if he wins two more games. HOWEVER, with Pheonix wrongly violated he has potential to claim the silver cup.

If you go back to the game, you see d2 that MisterPresident is spamming votes on TheCourier6, which takes two lines (example with a standard resolution : https://imgur.com/a/nKFF5MR)
If phoenixi is underneath Misterpresident in his window (which we can't verify), and if phoenixi is spamming votes too (which he was), then his vote would constantly change between two lines, between MrPresident not voting (taking one line) and voting (taking two lines). So he could have mishammered based on this.

It's hard to explain but it's pretty standard when playing on computer. I've already mishammered once in gnh because of this.

Mori - we can all clearly see what your plan is, you want him to be suspended from the competition so you have a chance of getting the bronze/silver trophies.

His hammer was an obvious mistake - you are OUTRAGEOUS privately messaging a mod, who is biased towards you due to friendship, to try and get your own way.

Also yes, I did message before I reported. Because I wanted to ask for opinions first. My comment was made after the thing was reported and handled simply because I was asleep after I messaged. I was planning to report that myself.
I also have no preference for or against bam as a mod, I should clarify. He's simply one of the mods I messaged, and the message tab is glitching, I couldn't ever find Jonsnow to send him the message, for example, even though I wanted to. I should also clarify the first person I sent the message to was SausageDog.

This isn't about the vest, it's about the hammer. Phoenixi made up THREE DIFFERENT EXCUSES why he hammered the hooker. In game he said he tried to vote Baller, in the report he said he tried to vote Courier, and now he's saying the game glitch. He's clearly lying.

Also, the Mod denial has just made a comment in another report;

This is wrong... TheCourier, who Pheonix claimed to have been aiming to hit had two votes already (MisterPres and TheCourier himself, his vote would have made a third and would have seen him hammered.

Denial seems to be protective of the user Blacksnake's clear trolling/Mod abuse - he was the user that closed my report earlier on, which clearly showed Blacksnake gamethrowing.

Vile. Pheonix mentioned IN GAME that he slipped when voting for the hooker and actually meant to vote theCourier, I also slipped while attempting to vote Pheonix and ended up lynching the hooker too.

There was no gamethrow attempt, and Mister - who hammered Townread over Pheonix - actually stated that it was Pheonix's hammer of the hooker that made him a town read.

Well officially BSM played "judge jury executioner" (10/10 mod) but Mori said the following in the initial report :

I messaged blacksnakemoan with this game. In fact I messaged other mods and other players asking for their opinion before this was reported. I would have reported myself but I wanted to know what people thought first. The reason why this was reported was because he quickhammered the hooker when the hammer was on town - There was no reason for him to do that. He wouldn't have done that on his running alt.
