Why would Lindsay get a violation? I've shown I was offended by Shacky's homophobic remarks and so she reported it. At the very least it is a legitimate report. I don't see how you could ever consider letting Shacky get away with rubbing it in my face whenever he's reported for the insults, which again I've clearly explained offended me, but giving Lindsay a violation for it is taking it a bit further. If you didn't consider it a legit issue Masta would have closed it in the first place.

I am not amused really. If Mastaknarf doesn't want to deal with this report, I'm going to close this and give Lindsay a report spam violation. And Masta, if you're handling this report, don't feel "forced" to issue the violation just because Shacky continued after being asked otherwise. The Hateful Comments rule, as written, says "more likely to issue the violation," not as a definite.

Masta let's recap. Lindsay dared Shacky to use homophobic slurs, and he did so. As a bisexual I felt very offended by these slurs and asked him to stop ("No jokes allowed") thereby expressing that I took offense with his comments. He continued, and I explained again that as a non-heterosexual user his homophobic comments insulted and offended me, thus the report and my comments in here asking for a suspension. I am sorry to say that I honestly do not want to take the time to find the game-we don't even remember the ID of it-but we can have several people vouch on the authenticity of my account of the events, including Shacky himself. Please mod this report and give the terrible Shacky the harassment violation he deserves for his jokes.

A gay guy once offended me by making as comment about me needing better teeth and I said " why don't you suck my dick " he said.. " ... I could... but that won't get you new teeth ". If you are Gay then so be it but don't be a Fag about it.
