And before the excuse comes: this does not set some sort of precedent that "tunneling is GT" or that this strategy in and of itself is GT, but rather that I don't believe that you are playing to win when using it in this game (and a few others)
And I realize I've made a 180 from my original position, but I've obviously had a lot of time to think. I apologize it had to take this long though. You will not be getting the one day suspension. It wouldn't make much sense after delaying the verdict by 3 weeks. That's on me. You are definitely getting the violation though. Play to win and don't use the premise of a "strategy" to excuse your behavior.
Furthermore: when this report was filed, there were no valid examples of you switching over to other votes when the "reaction was bad" (your earlier defense was already refuted). Take that however you will.
shimmi, since the filing of this report, you've have a few games that really do point to the possibility that this is a legitimate strategy of yours. In those few examples however, you have something that is blatantly lacking in this game: you give a crap. In this game you recklessly tunnel Fidelis in a way that seems to me (and a lot of the mod team) like you simply aren't playing to win. I really do think you use this quirky playstyle to, whenever it suits you, justify playing games like this, where you just aren't playing to win (or have a grudge).
Shimmi, the fact that you've only stopped pushing your initial fos when they become an un-cc'd pr (yes, including https://epicmafia.com/game/3738598) suggests the conclusion that you aren't actually scumhunting or reaction testing.
Shacky got me looking at his game history for this round. It's definitely a trend. He votes someone (always town) and will not unvote no matter what (except in one case where a person was uncc'd PR, but flipped mafia, heh). Might actually consider GT now.
shimmi just chooses someone to tunnel at the start of every game. give him a GT vio, it's vash-level trolling since he can justify it any way he wants, but it's still plainly obvious that he's just choosing someone to lynch at the start of the game.
