there's the fact that he made an entire topic about "vagina mods" http://www.epicmafia.com/topic/46503?page=1 so there's three more add-ons of him being blatantly/sexist hateful (i know that vagina mods isn't exactly offensive towards woman but if you pair up everything he's said his intent is clear) and if you really want me to dig up his hateful comments in the past days that AREN'T about woman to justify a hateful comments violation, I can. I feel like these comments that I just added on should be taken into consideration when another moderator deals with this appeal as well. Thanks.

Whether or not he claims it's a "joke" a lot of these comments are seriously offensive. If I can insult someone's race by saying it's a "joke" and that person, does that make it not offensive? No. He never even said he was joking at all... If he was he would have said so, so that's irrelevent.

Even Laexio said he can't argue that some are. Everyone has a different threshold for being offended so it's great that you don't find this offensive, but I really do, and I know Zovea's made similar comments to me in game, I just wish I could find them, and I was really offended.

This shouldn't constitute hateful comments. Zovea jokes a lot like this I take it as jokes. Don't be such a sensitive woman.

i ignored that one because i can't deny that's offensive towards women. however, i don't think one confirmed comment and three which i don't believe are necessarily intended to be offensive against women constitute an hateful comments violation.

yes, the game was supposedly refunded because the player was female. this in turn is not offensive to the woman, but is a remark on the way the refund was handled by a moderator. zovea was not saying that women are inferior to men nor did he imply that. zovea stated that the moderator is biased and that was his only intent with the comment.

That's insulting the player: he's saying she only got something refunded because she's a woman which is insulting her on the basis of gender. He's also implying the moderator sides with women but you can't ignore the other component.

So insulting. Saying because someone is a woman, she is stupid. There's a difference between calling someone a bad player and saying they're a bad player BECAUSE they are female is directly attacking women. So Laexio, most of these are from 6 days ago until the present. They're directed against women specifically. How can you say they're not specifically aimed at and attacking women?

vote to overturn to no violation. most of those comments were posted a long time before we even had the rule and the more recent ones were just crude. they weren't specifically that offensive against women.
