in the report i posted its the same thing, cop typed one line in which he (in my mind) trolled and didnt claim. it was no violated, im confused how is this different

i typed it prior to when she said 3 seconds, she shot me the moment i hit enter, you can see that i was reacting much slower that what char was spamming. 3 seconds is not enough time, and i proved it in the report i posted
