It's been given a note for trolling. Hipfiring can also fall under GT/Trolling depending on intent/scenario and is moderated on a case to case basis with discretion. The intent to gamethrow wasn't there.
he asked him for a claim after he said 1 line which couldnt tell him his alignment lol and shot him instantly day start. He only asked for a claim as an excuse for when he was reported for hipfire.. that is obvious.
