I genuinly think Zzunka is new to comp and most of their games are fancypants and gnh and no intent to throw. I agree him not claiming did give town put town in autoloss even though the mislynch was wasted. After discussing with a couple more mods we decided to refund it, because it's not fair for the rest of the town who lost even though rich, i personally don't agree you played your best either.
I am not cherry picking anyone in particular, there is no way anyone else would think the same verdict as you in this situation. i am certain you are the only mod who would think this way. I did not ask for any particular one like charley or haro
my main reason for this isn't the fact you shot bs, refunds dont apply when you are not having an advantage, i mean, whether he cc'd or not, out of the seven players who you shot was the blacksmith.
you also don't get to cherry pick who is doing your reports and im being reasonable enough to explain my thoughts to you

and there is a difference in intentional throwing and being actually confused, unless this guy was trolling which i doubt was the case it's obviously clear he had no idea what was going on

im saying you dont get refunds when the town wasnt at an advantage regardless. He shot blacksmith without asking for claims and there were 2 mafia in blues apart from uncc'd cop/mafia, sooo how was town the town at the advantage here

so... with bs alive, and a sheriff with a shot. u see your cc, u soft. and hide..? is that how this setup works now? like i said, him not ccing influenced the shot. u seem to think me shooting bs is already a guaranteed loss for town...? that is not the case.
you still shot bs without asking for claims and it isn't right lol. there is no way this is getting refunded and this guy was clearly softing and seemed lost, im almost considering a nv and even if he does get any sort of vio there is no refund here guaranteed.
