calling you a piece of sh/it with screencaps showing that you're a piece of sh/it isn't harassment. i'm sorry you can't find a way to work "slander," "victim blaming," or "precedent" into your defense and had to try to deflect it by randomly insisting that i'm trying to engage you in dialogue when, in fact, all i'm doing is pointing out what a pile of trash you are and how disgustingly you speak to people? literally the last thing i want is a dialogue with you, you're the one who started weirdly trying to simultaneously reply to me and ignore everything i said to talk about yourself.

i haven't done either of these things so please, try again. i don't ask people to do anything on my behalf; most of my friends have come forward simply because they're my friends and are invested. i can understand why you wouldn't be able to relate to this, but i encourage you to try your hardest to wrap your brain around it nonetheless.

i file reports for GRS from my alignment when the opposing alignment is in auto win. i file reports for GT on the opposing alignment when my alignment is thrown for. i file reports on behalf of players who are hc'd / harassed / thrown against WITH their consent

for someone so keen on dissecting my report history, surely you would have noticed this

let it be noted that i refuse any condition or agreement for overturn as the appealer is guilty of the following actions since their ban:

1. sending your goons to badmouth me in your unban thread

2. sending your goons to spam my personal wall and my pms

3. sending your goons through my game history to fish vios, possibly putting your own friends in risk of report spam vio

4. appealing with a defence of victim blaming

don't break the rules, clean up your act. it's simple, like bebop said

"you are clearly documented to use homophobic slurs" -the guy who said voting someone is gay because it wasn't his first choice

of all the vios you have that you could have chosen to appeal, you chose the report where you are CLEARLY documented to use homophobic slurs and suicide encouragement not once, but multiple times after being asked to stop

not only do you refuse to show any remorse in your appeal, you instead chose to victim blame the player who reported you as your defence; as a secondary form of further harassment and slander

i've fully acknowledged that what i said was definitely not kind but it's also incredibly pointless to pretend to care about the community and get on a moral high horse for the purpose of getting someone else a vio when you're upset that you lost, only to use incredibly similar language the very next day/have a history of doing so. i guarantee that had trik won that game, this report would never have happened and that's why it should be ot'd to no vio, possibly even on the condition that trik and i avoid each other in games as well or whatever other agreement would need to be reached.

even if i agree that trik probably isn't offended by this you're failing to address criticism of yourself by turning it back onto them. you still broke the rules regardless of whether or not the person who reported you for it is offended. the simple method to stop this from happening is to just not break the rules in the first place.
