previous interpretation: must be specific to pretending to cheat, or threatening vios / reports (im gonna report u for voting me)

current interpretation: any implication that a player is breaking a rule constitutes OGI (this guy is throwing, lynch him)

i provided an opinion and precedent from a minimum of 2 mods who are CURRENTLY on the team

suffice to say, an interpretation of a rule that was valid when u were a mod, will most likely not be valid when u are not a mod

an example is spamming rule. while it is not listed in the rules page that the person spamming needs to be told to stop; current interpretation from this mod team is that u have to be told to stop spamming in order to receive the vio

Erza is wrong you don’t need the consent for HC. Look at the rules page. Harassment states you need consent hc does not.

2. misterpresident has not shown consent of the user filed on behalf of

If that's the case, then Erza was wrong. Any mod who thinks you need the consent of the person in regard to HC is absolutely wrong. There would be no such thing as HC if that were the case. Making fun of one person for a mental defect or skin color or sexual orientation is also making fun of everyone else in the same circumstances

erza herself wrote in PMs that a specific player has to be targeted / clearly offended where hc is concerned. the same protocol that applies to harassment applies to hc where consent of the user must be shown
