[appeal] https://epicmafia.com/report/213424 He appealed this report three times. Unless you are saying I'm allowed to override mod's appeal decision based on their dislike of me. Also the report was completely valid, he's whining that we never explained how I was clear to him (despite us doing it about 6 times) but then goes on to use the argument that I was "tunneling" on him so that he could ignore anything I said. He didn't sufficiently participate in this game and tried to get the 100% clear cop lynched while ignoring everything the town was telling him. That is insufficient participation. (also I'm sorry for forgetting the [appeal] part but this really shouldn't even be an appeal based on the appeal rules)

really wigga why would mafia guilt cop before cop claimed and then retract with all prs alive. no way mafia retracts there. they would have killed the cop. I would have gotten you killed so fast. I was clear and you lynched me.....

And for the LAST time, townyyy was NOT clear to me just because he retracted his claim day 1. ANY mafia can do this to look town. We repeatedly told him that Hugo the journalist said that the jan target was on villager and he continued to ignore us, even when one of us called him out on not reading what we were saying.

Realize the ramifications of him getting a no violation also: You are allowing people to ignore the first appeal based on a supposed dislike from the sustaining mod (which anyone can claim and I assure you Hugo/pranay will take advantage of to your extreme annoyance). You are also allowing people in competitive games to basically ignore all logic and continued explanation so they can death tunnel clears, basically justifying gamethrowing alts.

wigga you were more at fault here than me so I would shut up. I was clear to you, as I would have got you killed with no reports day1 and town would lose the mislynch there. I was technically clear and you tunneled me, which caused me to tunnel you because only mafia would not see that I was clear. You forced a lynch on a clear to you because you were tunneling me and refused to see how i was clear.

Telling me that you are clear with no explanation does not clear you. One person saying that you were clear for x and I would have backed off completely..
