So I wouldn't use it as a linchpin in your argument. Don't worry though, the web is full of sites, I'm sure there's one where you can devote your energy to using your personal offense as a basis to infringe upon another user's liberty to reference a television show instead of doing something productive.

I've already been no vio'd, and I'm not familiar with Terry but i believe you're referring to him claiming that his usage of a certain word was referential to a cigarette rather than to a character who can't properly pronounce the word "Philanthropist." I know sandbox lacks the ability to deal in varying shades of grey but that isn't my concern.
