Blatant Grudge/GT against Cupidstunt, he is Fooo and he always tunnel on him every D1 out of grudge. You can see how his behavior changed dramatically in 3 way, not even trying to towntell/win
There is no lack of evidence, and the ultimate impact was Benevolent joining my silver trophy game to deliberately make sure I lost, which is pretty fckin obvious when he spends the entire two days saying I cheat and tunnels me with no basis whatsoever. I'm done here.
The reported game and https://epicmafia.com/game/5388649 are enough for me to give a note for GT (grudge-lynching) to serve as a warning for the type of play exhibited here, but the third game that was linked by mindful in the report shows a clear instance of Rooo actually correctly townreading CupidStunt and lynching his CC in a 3 way where it was the only time he actually had direct control of the lynch.
He didn't have enough of an effect in the other games (no direct impact on the lynch) and as such I cannot see a situation in which a refund would be possible.
This game and the game I linked above show that you are probably voting CupidStunt and trying to get him lynched out of a grudge rather than an actually reasonable FoS, but (1) the lack of more evidence and (2) the lack of impact that you ultimately had on the games limits this to a note rather than a violation.

You've played this game for long enough to know. You've got a trophy. You're not scumhunting in the games I've provided, you're tunnelling me instantly from the start of d1.

I have tunneled many players on EM, I am trying to get a better grip at the game to convince town to scumhunt better, I end up applying brute force. I will change my gameplay soon.

You can look at any of my games, I say "lmao" and "LOL" regularly. That's not a scumtell. Planting scumtells is a ridiculous proposition and one that would require me knowing exactly how a day is going to plan out and what would be said.
I originally did leave the game because you were accusing me of cheating, but then I thought the best way to prove your baseless accusations wrong would be just to play, so I did.
I didn't raise anything against you. You literally started D1 tunnelling me and claiming I cheated multiple times. If anyone had a vendetta here, it was you.
I townread you because you did this to me as town in a different game, so I expected the same. On D2 I even outed the fact that Burgers could be mafia buddying me, and it turned out he was.
As soon as I was lynched your attitude to the game changed completely, but at no point whatsoever did you try and towntell or make a serious attempt to win the game. You even AFK'd in the 3way.
