I'm not going to even validate any of the outrageous claims you just made against me. I picked a couple reports that night because I was above quota but bored. I no vio'd a GT report and I took this because I hadn't done a spamming report in a while. It had literally nothing to do with you.

You spammed, I gave you a spamming violation. It did not have to disrupt the game to still be spamming, and that's why I gave you a violation. If two mods want to overturn this that is entirely their prerogative and I won't fight it. why are you getting so hostile? there was no ulterior motive to me giving you a violation; you got one because you spammed. i've already said that your defense of your spam not being enough to disrupt the game is not sufficient because it was still spam regardless of any sort of strategy it may have held

i am fully aware of the game situation. it's irrelevant to the fact that you spammed. i gave you a vio because you deserved one, not because of who you are.

i'm not sure where this fictional 'beef' between us came from but i assure you, it does not hold any legitimacy on my end nor would it (if it was real) impact any actions i make as a mod.

Excessively spammed? It was at one part in the beginning, then 8 minutes of me working hard and giving full on game content and playing, and then at the end when I was confirmed mafia. That's not excessive spamming over the course of the day like you say.

And yes, chat flooding, which I mentioned, is actually in the written rule of spam, should you care to give the rules a read before you reference them.

I was winking because I was confirmed mafia with doc dead and being the last remaining inno so I was winking that I was caught and then he never outed it so I had to play it off over the course of the day, hence why I resumed doing it once he actually outed the inno.

none of these retorts take away from the fact that you excessively spammed. in fact, none of them are even mentioned in the written rule on spamming. so i'm not really sure what your argument is that this isn't a spamming violation

as for the picture you linked, were that to occur several more times over the course of the day then yes i would consider giving it a vio. but at least that's game related content, yours wasn't.

Also, "28 in 10 minutes" is literally less than three a minute. How is that such a huge issue. I get that they were concentrated but in no way was the chat flooded ever or the game ever disrupted by any spamming on my part. That's utterly ridiculous and I believe you know that Jack. Doesn't even try to hide it.
