Alright given the fact that it is impossible to tell at which point this game broke, and the circlejerk nature of this game where all participants idled in the game for 7+ hours with no action, we've come to the conclusion that this incident does not warrant any violation. However, it is absolutely unacceptable to do this in comp games, make an unranked game instead. All participants have been given verbal warnings.
