Hey so I checked in with a few other mods and we agree that mong/mongoloid is definitely a slur, especially when used to insult another person's mental capabilities.

I cannot overlook the fact that you've used it not just once but in several report comments which shows clear intent to insult someone.

Please stop using slurs. Sustained appeals cannot be re-appealed.

The problem revolves around the word mong. In the UK (and Canada too, apparently), it's a schoolyard bully's slang term for someone who has Down's syndrome.
