When push comes to shove, you cannot pick and choose the times you wish to moderate IC because you feel like it. As stated, the thread was open for a week and moderators even commented within the thread. This leads me, the user, to believe that the content is deemed appropriate as it was permitted for so long. If you delete a thread and give no warning, you have not given any sort of warning. Let me give you an example of why your report verdict is flawed: Here is a screenshot of the Pics Pls thread, https://i.gyazo.com/dd87c8835a15b585ae23b5df02bbd499.png. In this screenshot we can appraise the post by sweetnkind to be deemed inappropriate. However, a moderator has quoted the original post and given a reply of his own. If that is acceptable, and my thread existed for a whole week, why are you able to come along and decide that now is the time to slap me with an IC violation? A 20-strong mod team roster is quite obviously a bit of a pipe dream.

You know what a deleted thread means. Also your first vio is a warning with no suspensions. So technically, you got two warnings (one verbal, one inferred) before a violation.
