I have asked you for the comment where I threatened to report you if you did not change your suspicion or vote. If you cannot find such a quote or its location, I will assume you are just referring to the place where I told you I would report you if you didn't stop spamming. This is not to interfere with game decisions, but with regards to the spam.

That has nothing to do with telling him to change his votes or suspicions or anything like that, so it is not interfering with game play beyond getting rid of spam.
