I don't think telling a play in the span of four games that they are horrible is acceptable. You are not playing to your win condition if you are taking time to tell players that they are bad players and insulting them in the process.
Final statementI didn't read anything that looked like harassment, other than maybe some aggressive play but that's hardly harassment. If you want to refile with specific quotes or timestamps that'd be really helpful.
