to be fair btw, this report was filed about 16 hours ago which would be around 8ish or so. you're going to be sleeping/working, so there wasn't THAT much time to work on a pastebin assuming that you can't just immediately work on it the second you see it. (I'm old and sleep early so my day is over around 8-10).

I wasnt "messing around," i wasnt even on yesterday at all until it was filed, which then i got on to respond here and there as i could while dealing with some important irl stuff LIKE I SAID LAST TIME, then ive been extremely busy with stuff today and i told owl that in message when he tried to cut my time down. Theres a difference between messing around and handling irl personal important things. That should be respected. I never said it would take the full 24 hours but i should be allowed within the full 24 hours due to me already explaining to him that im extremely busy right this minute.

it doesnt work that way, zwink. togepi herself said that the 24 hours is allocating time for you to see the report, gather your evidence, and post the pastebin. you knew about this report yesterday so you should already be compiling evidence - you do not get the entire 24 hours to mess around and then decide at 11:59 that youre going to post it right then.

Is this not sosososooso similar to folio & faint? They are "friends" who play together, yet no one gives a dang about them playing together and *arguably* throwing/sheeping/reading(biasedly) each other.
gerry was different because all new players in comp meta abuse if they have any friends at all. that's how it works, but he seemed more experienced than he truly was and the case ended up falling into pieces. zwink has 4 thousand games if she can't notice a gamethrower (look at the people she reports im sure she can find GTers) then i don't believe a single word she says
i personally think zwink is cheating if not being thrown for across tons of games and being completely aware of it. there is no way that a seasoned mafia player cannot distinguish whether somebody is playing towards their wincon or not, and if zwink was aware of this (she should be 100%) then enabling it rather than putting it to a stop is cheating. GTing for someone across a bunch of games no longer is GT it becomes cheating as stated in the rules. kevin has so many games with you to the point where even if 40% bias came into place rather than full on throwing/cheating you still deserve to get banned here. there is no way you had no idea. i understand if its a few games but there's over 20. that goes for dex too you should have known
I too know how it feels to lose a gold trophy on HI based on accusations. If you're innocent, just make sure to make an in depth counter argument to every game in question and prove if you're innocent.
I dunno, I don't feel like reading the games but I find the evidence a bit thin at first glance. I haven't played with Zwink much this round but one of my alts played quite a few games with one of her alts (Astound) and to be honest in those games I just thought she played really well.
cheating in comp isn't as black and white as you make it seem audacity, just because there's no skype logs of actual cheating doesn't mean the content of the games isn't being unfairly affected
sheeping someone repeatedly and constantly is inherently playing towards their win condition, which is throwing for them

to be fair, kevin is actually easy to read as mafia/town from the games i played with him. also, these people who were in these games with zwink aren't really good, especially mafias.
anyways, instead of making an assumption like they threw for zwink or whatever your suspicion is, what you really should do is to read other players and how they play. are they easy to read? or nah? what type of a player are they? sheepers, lurkers, you name it.
lastly, this pastebin didn't really provide enough to say zwink is guilty.

I've stopped following report drama for the most part but it's been clear for the past few years they're extremely picky and choosy at calling out their cheaters. I think my actual last violation was due to Zwink too, I don't really care for her, but I think everyone has come to terms with biased friend play and cheating not really being the same thing. You have no actual evidence of cheating just crazy theories/strange coincidences that a Judge WOULD SCOFF AT AND DISMISS in an actual court of Law. They would ask if you had actual admissible evidence or if you were just holding a kangaroo court to submit your own opinion on a subject. Provide screenshots of cheating, skype cheating, anything. Pastebins are cool and all but it's essentially someone reading a game and giving their opinion on why a person cheating and very rarely do they ever include what's happening in the game as a whole.
Yeah I dont see how this is cheating or role sharing. If you've ever played with Zwink, nothing has changed here. I dont see anything wrong, and I dont even talk to Zwink anymore lol
Zwink, remember only the 'Elite skilled players' can possibly play tons of games and trophy while having their friends in many of those games and claim legitimacy. Everyone else is just cheating because the natural tendency to not believe your friend is bad and to try and side with them/help you out. Also I love how serious these nerds take their 'reports'. You're a human adult with actual responsibilities sometime? Well you have 24 hours to respond to this internet pixels related problem okay!!!
