[APPEAL] https://epicmafia.com/report/149054 jesus christ. I was pulling a gambit to try to make my partner seem town by voting him. My plan was to unvote, and it backfired because town kicked before I could do so. I have zero familiarity with user sonichu so it's not like I'd throw against him out of malice. I also don't try to deliberately lose games, ever, my history on this site should make that clear enough. The play I made backfired, I very clearly would never throw

There's no way to tell his true intention was a gambit, it's a competitive game where his action caused autoloss so there's no reason to give him the benefit of the doubt. As for the "my history on this site" - there's a first time for everything OR just because you haven't been caught for something in the past doesn't mean you haven't done something wrong before. Also If he's not a gamethrower then he has nothing to worry about as the vio will expire in 6 months unless he racks up 8 vios which would mean he is a troll.
