This is probably the funniest report I've seen. He couldn't have known you were town, or that you were going to die n1, hoping that you will die n1 doesn't mean you will and IF he assumed that you would be killed n1 because of something said in pregame that'd be OGI anyway, so saving you for the reason you want would actually be kind of breaking a rule. Either way he can't get vio'ed for failing to save.
