APPEAL https://epicmafia.com/report/141938 so this guy closes this report on the grounds that notes cannot be appealed, then changes the original report to no longer be a note. There was just no spam in this game, and doing dirty tricks to close reports with the changing it from a note is just being a dirty mod which really has to stop
