Well, seems not fake, but if it's a forum ban, then you can't comment anywhere. So it was definately before he got a vio. I think he shouldn't get 2 vios for the same reason, in this case. Well, personally I have nothing against Mr. Zaz, he seems just a cool guy with nice sense of Humour. And he can't get a vio for negging everything either, because it's allowed.
