As his report clearly stated, the violation at hand was REPEATED SUICIDES, and the rule is as follows: "Repeated suiciding in multiple games. Suicide rate can be used to determine this. Provide a reference game when reporting for this." I advise that packidy appeals this report and seeks a proper verdict.
