Also voting to OT to no violation. The incidents were so close together & the warning was not issued until after they had all happened. If he uses scripts again, however, he will be banned.
That's pretty different though since using autoclicker to hover over the voting isn't really considered a script to some people. So he was probably unsure of it and thus giving a note was the right choice. However with maneatingboar it's pretty clear cut what he did was outright using a script.
no it shouldn't be OT'd. it doesn't matter if he wasn't warned, he's not a new user he knows what the rules are. If you cheat in one game it's 1 cheating vio. If you cheat in more than one game it's a lobby ban. You don't get a warning for cheating despite cheating in multiple games, it's the exact same with this. And care to show us where this happened with another user? (if it did, it shouldn't have). Mods have already gone more lenient with this rule since originally using a script in just general was a straight ban. Lucid doesn't appreciate people messing around with coding either.
This should be OT'd. All 3 games he was reported for using scripts in happened within a 20 minute period and the first vio wasn't given until a while after. This exact same situation happened with another user for scripts and their second vio was overturned due to that.
