Important facets: 1. Joker Avatar (or, really, any character with ties to Joker so Bats villains like Two-Face or others would work) 2. Willingness to play without rules (IN CONTEXT! Not actual breaking rules of game, silly.) 3. Ruthlessness

HOWEVER! We are willing to make exceptions to the avatar rule in cases of: a. liking current avatar too much or b. not finding one that fits you/your username. In those cases, we will put you in as an honorary member (known as a hired henchman).

NOTE: Joker mafia entails little more than the ability to yell "Joker mafia!" when you see another player and the ability to make jokes about said Joker mafia. Allowing it to affect playstyle by allying with other Joker mafia players is against the Code of the Big Joke since Joker allies himself with no one.
