The issue that I see in your tier lobby suggestion is where all roles aren't immeditely avialable in competitive. This means that if setups are chosen that contain intermedite or expert roles, many players won't be able to play them. This'll hinder thier trophy running capabilities greatly. And before you say "people with <10k points can win a trophy" Look at the last 9 trophy winners. THANK YOU GOOD NIGHT!
