Peridot is superior because she tries to look all tough and smart but she's just a big ole softy who loves the crystal gems. Peridot can get hit by a boulder and not even poof. Peridot has bad metal powers that make her relateable as she learns to develop them. Peridot doesn't hold grudges(LAPIS)
Lapis is just some emo tumblr girl. I love her character design and her abilities but she's so freaking whiny and scared all the time. She stole Peridots barn she broke her radio and all my girl P did was love her.
