I don't normally listen to rap, but that album is something special, and I don't think death metal and jazz would be very appreciated here. When I do listen to rap, it's normally artists like Immortal Technique, Diabolic, Brother Ali, People Under the Stairs and other politically and socially conscious artists.

Other than that, let's discuss the world's most exciting topic; politics! Yay! I used to be anarchist/communist but now I'm more libertarian/classical liberal. I'm a strong supporter of the FairTax (http://www.fairtax.org/site/PageServer) because I believe a national sales tax is a very sufficient substitute for whatever the fuck you call America's crazy tax system. People can control how much taxes they pay that way. You buy a bunch of shit, you pay a lot of taxes. You don't, you get less taxes. Did you know our tax code is over 4,000,000 words? There's no need for it to be that complicated. Our own politicians don't even understand it!
Of course, I agree with relatively trivial things that I believe have been blown out of abortion (get it?) like gay marriage. And drugs should be legal because I need my fix. It's fair to have the same restrictions on drugs we have for alcohol though, like no driving while high. The government doesn't need to be involved in gambling or prostitution either, or pornography (okay, maybe a little bit). And give me my guns! I want to defend myself when some buffoon has a not-so-legally-obtained firearm. The only crimes should be the ones where you're infringing on someone else's rights, not buying drugs for your personal consumption.
As for political parties, I often agree with the economic policies of Republicans, but their obsession with national security over civil liberty kills it for me. Use military when we, an ally, or a vital interest are under direct threat, but fuck risking our troops' lives to "keep the peace" and because the UN wants to.
Economically, the government should stay out of our way. If niggas wanna get paid, make dem niggas work, muthafucka. Let the private sector do its thing, and privatize social security. Make them work for their health care, too. I mean, we're spending money we don't have on universal health care at the expense of American citizens' incomes. And fuck the Federal Reserve. This mockery of an attempt at centralized banking is the root of our current recession. With the Federal Reserve, money can't be made without also creating an equal amount of debt, meaning there will never be enough money to pay off the national debt (http://tinyurl.com/19flawsoffederalreserve ).
When it comes to banking systems, I'd choose to allow private banks to decide what they want to do. They can manufacture fiat money or use a limited commodity like gold or Bitcoins, I don't care, it's up to each bank. Effectively, there will be no central banking system or currency whatsoever. I'm sure most banks would choose to keep the US dollar anyway.
