Greetings. This is an alt. My main is not a good player. I am on a quest to improve my competitive lobby play.

Please note: My play is the same as my main. It's feasible that I will be terrible on this alt too.

Many players do not improve, because they don't know how to improve. For this reason, I made this alt to receive constructive critism without the bias. Since I am ready to stop playing on this alt any moment once my quest is complete, I can use this bio to reveal my meta. You may use my meta against me. I don't care.

I have compiled the results of my introspection for your amusement. I will try to list all my weaknesses. Of course, there are more. If you see any, please contact me asap.

Being too passive

Improvement rating: ☆ ☆ ☆

• Throughout my epicmafia career I have been mostly relying on the passive voice instead of the active. I would say "But he was townread by me." instead of "But I townread him." Little details like this made me look like I was fence-sitting.

• I am always too scared to vote first except situations where I am clear. I realise this is bad, since it's harder for me to lynch who I want.

Having no idea what towntelling is

Improvement rating: ☆ ☆

• I still don't know what towntelling is. If you know what towntelling is, please contact me asap.

• I have difficulty explaining my reads. Certain situations give me the idea that a player intends to play for town, even if what the player says is scummy. As a result, most of my reads don't make sense to other people because I am trying to read the player's motivation which is something very abstract. I believe this is the best way to play. Let's face it, if I read everyone based on what everyone said, I would lynch town most of the time.

I think everyone is stupid

• I always think I should look town to other people when I am actually town.

• I never think it's my fault that I lost.

Pessimism

Improvement rating: ☆

• I tend to not feel like trying after something bad happens or if I screwed up. I feel that I can't win since the situation is so bad.

Unconfidence

Improvement rating: ☆☆

• I am too scared what everyone thinks. If you (or the graveyard) peer pressure me enough, chances are I lynch who you vote.

Lack of effort

• I am against some strategies, but convincing everyone requires effort. Sorry but I don't think I want to improve on this one. This game is not worth it.

Typing style

• Capslock. I am trying to cut down.

• One word per line. Makes me hard to quote and it looks like I am fillering.
