The next night we as mafia would have killed anyone that was NOT your irritating towny target. That would leave two mafia, two town folk and one lyncher.
From then on it is self explanatory. We mafia would vote for your target, you would vote for your target and the three of us together would have the majority vote - 3 votes on your target vs the two town votes on me.
You would win almost maximum points and the game, us mafia would win and garner good points as well. It is a joint win. And you threw it away.
I'm going to help you out here since you are inexperienced. Nothing wrong with that champ, just very frustrating on those of us who know the game inside out and set up a win (which included you) only to have it thrown away.
The situation was this. We lynched a town member at lylo. There was two mafia, one lyncher and four town members. Mafia and lyncher or fool will be considered as a single threat because they can joint win together. By lynching a towny that was not your target we essentially set up 3 vs 3. That is, two mafia and their lyncher friend, vs three town members.
At that point we have an autowin situation, with the two mafia votes to lynch no one, and your third vote to lynch no one we would have been equal to the votes of town trying to lynch me. 3 votes either side would result in a no lynch since there is no majority.
