You can tell a moderator to remove it 6 months from its issuance. Don't worry about it being there until then. The only people who see it there are moderators and yourself. The only way people viewing your page will know about this is by reading the comments on your profile from me, so you can delete these if you want.

Uh I chose not to give you a violation and posted on your wall to tell you what to do differently in the future. Two other moderators overturned the decision to give you a violation and suspended you for 24 hours.

If your role is claimed, you should cc. Especially when you're being lynched. At best you get your cc'er lynched. At worst you continue to get lynched, which is no worse than what was happening already (There are very rare times at which you shouldn't cc, but don't worry about those).
