I live in a home with my wife and children. I walk into the family study, where the family computer is. My son, 16, has left a page open on the screen. I recognise it from somewhere... deep in my memory... it's that damned mafia website I was permanently banned from decades ago! A profile is on the screen.
The profile's avatar is that of a mysterious and brooding anime character. The background is a light pastel purple colour. The username is all lowercase letters. There are thousands of views, and a huge number of comments and questions. Some of the comments indicate that this user is an epicmafia moderator. The profile has a short quote and a centred image that the user probably found on tumblr. The profile is "in love with" someone else with an anime avatar and a similarly lowercased name.
I look to the top of the screen, I see my son's username... no... it can't be! This profile was my son's all along!
