I don't think there's a definitive way to become a better player but I do think one thing that is universally townie and gets people far in games is confidence. Confidence in your reads, more than anything, makes people find you to be more genuine?
I know this is just antagonizing BUT real answer for you! When you're saying this I know it's referring to more or less not the past six months but probably the time preceding that because in general I haven't interacted with you much lately. So my answer is pretty simple. I went through a really gay stage online because I was living in an oppressive environment at an oppressive university which forced me to hide myself in public and my real life even though I was out and in the last 6-8 months I've moved to a new space with new people and a completely new city and environment. The time in that oppressive environment meant online was my only real outlet for authenticity but rather than being authentic it just ended up being over the top and aggressively homosexual. This change has helped me become a lot more mild and "normal" and less flamboyant in my interactions here on the site. If that helps.
