Instead of buffing bastion, consider nerfing his counters?

In my honest opinion bastion needs to be rebuffed. Like how can i hit headshots or any shots when the fckin spread is a good inch and a half. Really his lilmited mobility in addition his straightforward approach makes him easy for beginner players, he struggles to keep up in more advanced plays.
In my personal opinion, with my main killer build, ruin isn't a good perk. Rank 1 survivors (the good ones) will always just try to tank the Hex Checks because they have the timing skill needed to do it. Run it if it works for you, and it normally should until red ranks, but I figured I would share my opinion.
This week's shrine of secrets had Hex:ruin, thanatopia and I got them both for 4k. Also bought the licensed DLCs since you can't buy those characters with shards.

Legion is considered OP by the community, so you're more likely to have disconnects.
If you're going to buy a killer, the Pig and Spirit both have interesting game play. But if you're looking for perks, I'd go for the Hag for Ruin or the Cannibal for BBQ and Chilli.
