You're literally only on this site of the debate because it's the "clean" side. "Just be against pedophiles, why is that so hard!" Essentially taking this complex issue that requires a lot of critical thought and sanding it down to "omg its pedos dude!! just do the likable thing and be against anyone with the condition absolutely & unequivocally."
You don't have to argue in a professional manner to have legitimacy here, but you do need, you know, an argument. You literally don't have one and resort to zero brain cell responses like this one.

Uh yeah, they can. As proven time and time again. You have anything to actually refute that or are you just going to take a fact, alter the capitalization, and post it as if it's some kind of argument?
That being said, I don't believe lolis actually help those born with the condition, and indeed probably just bolsters them and makes them see children as more sexualized.
There's nothing morally wrong whatsoever with taking a pencil to paper and drawing WHATEVER you want, as you're only affecting yourself and consenting others, but yeah I don't see it as an effective tool to combat pedophilia. It doesn't help nearly as much as openness to them getting a cure through therapy and medication. As of right now, any pharmaceutical company that DARED to try to research a cure to this mental condition would be ousted and shut down via public opinion. And that's the entire goddamn problem.
Pedophilia is NOT "okay", just like gender dysphoria or schizophrenia isn't. All three are lifelong, crippling illnesses that seriously hinder an individual's ability to partake in society and causes a lot of self-hate.
Someone who has the condition of pedophilia, gender dysphoria, or schizophrenia, however, is not automatically a bad person. Saying that a bullet to the head is the only acceptable "cure" for these illnesses is fucking disgusting.
Just like you don't have to listen to the voices telling you to kill someone as a schizophrenic, you don't have to follow the urges that make you see minors attractive as a pedophile.
Of course, the fact that you brought in Rick & Morty here clarifies that you aren't approaching this from a serious academic viewpoint and just want to be on the "right" side of things. It reminds me when someone said "just be against pedophiles, why is that so hard!"
You can apply that to any minority groups that were seen as "dangerous" in history, and that people were mainly against to follow the social status quo. "Just be against atheists, why is that so hard!"
If you actually listened to the arguments we're presenting instead of keeping the witch hunt going you might change your mind. However that's super doubtful because you're the type of person who would rather be liked than right.
