also, i don't have an explanation for it. that statistic alone does not mean all men are evil. and, my lack of an explanation for that statistic does not mean all men are evil.

Institutional racism is illegal. By US law you can sue any goverment institute that is practicing racism and force it to stop. External and past racism plays little to no role in your life today. Whats stopping you is the culture.
Education from within the house is more necessary than education outside it when measuring likelyhood to be part of death involving crimes, and the single motherhood rate in the black community is absurdly high compared to any other culture on earth today.
Thats an exmaple; the broader phenomena of black culture has many good things about it, sadly low crime rates isnt one. the police is not racist; maybe some police officers are. Theres a huge difference.
