the average iq on this website is not high enough for us to be able to get our points across to mentally deficient people without giving them caps to read. i could see why we'd eliminate caps in a site of intellectuals who can read but these people are fair too stupid to be able to read non caps
I agree with this. Sometimes I'm trying to yell at mentally handicapped people in game and it won't let me. I need caps so people take me seriously. No caps is affecting my win rate negatively.
honestly dude i don't whip out my caps very often except at kicks if something stupid is about to happen and the filter is pretty annoying cause you can't say what you wanna say by the time day is over
