just do this:

HEY I'M TYPING IN ALL CAPS ////////////////////////////////////////

The //////////////////////////////////////// makes less than 50% of the characters capital letters.

But having to put //////////////////////////////////////// after every post you want to emphasize, yeah, it's kinda annoying.

ive actually found that this is just an annoying rule

if i make a huge paragraph with two words in full caps it gets denied
