Because playing mafia seems to be making me act like more of a сunt than usual, I'm taking a short break from playing, however seeing as that's not taking away my urge to log onto the bаstard site, I feel like indulging myself with an opinions thread.
So you can pick my brains on any view I might have, be it cultural, moral or political; ask and I'll answer.
I promise not to bite!
Probably somewhere in Brittany, perhaps Vannes or Lorient - not the most interesting answer I know but it's one of the places outside the UK I most enjoyed visiting, food is good the people are friendly and I do speak a bit of French so I could probably adapt to living there reasonably well.
I also kind of consider myself to have a very pro-European affinity so if not in Britain I'd like to live somewhere on the continent, which is one of the reasons Brexit makes me very sad since I'd have trouble doing just that if I so chose in the future - I fear for the future of our own country if we continue down this inward-looking path...
This is a very naughty question >:( I thought about just giving a joke answer but I feel like I ought to be sincere as possible on this thread - I don't think I cal really say I hate as many as ten people but I can PM you a set of people I don't exactly get on with, if you're that morbidly curious!
LOL I try not to pay those things too much mind, I mean I like to think I'm not a total idiot but I reckon there's plenty of players that are considerably sharper than myself. I've always been pretty self conscious about the responsibility of winning/losing in games so I haven't really noticed any difference in the way I play; my biggest weakness is still doubting a lot of the good inklings I have - which is something I could probably stand to improve on in other areas of life too hah.
If you are being sincere though thankyou, I do appreciate the kind words!
yes ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) On that note if anyone with any authority is reading this and mod positions are up for grabs, then I would recommend htennis or PoolsideJazz should they be willing to give some of their time up for the site. Both sound like sound lads and the mod team could do with avoiding becoming too stale again.
That might be just a few too many to do all at once but I can give you a playlist of 12 that's vaguely 80s themed of songs I've been enjoying recently, try some of these:
who do u think is to blame for the state of the site bar the inactivity of the site owner?
As tempting and as easy as it might be to blame the mod team, that probably wouldn't entirely be fair (there are two members of the team that aren't fit for purpose and should probably never have been made mods in the first place, but that's a digression I'm not getting into right now). Sure I think bad modding has done a bit to discourage some of the player base from persevering with the site, but I think part of the problem is just with the site's users at large, as well as its structure and the game itself.
Almost no online community lasts forever, and when a lot of the current users are actively hostile to players new to the game, and the site doesn't really lend itself to easing new players into the game's ebb and flow, it's no wonder the place has a bit of a problem with user-retention.
When you have a game that by its nature means that a player can often play as well as they possibly can and be correct in all their assumptions - and still lose - due to one other player's mistake, it's no wonder that you get newer players having the ire of more grizzled veterans directed toward them when they're responsible for their team losing. Heck I've been on both sides of that scenario plenty of times despite my best efforts to be more amiable these days. It's all very well to go and prescribe for people in general to be less shіtty to each other, but as we often see it's rarely so simple.

I do enjoy a good Robotnik YTP, in part because Robotnik's voice actor (Long John Baldry) is just so perfect for the role that listening to his voice in any context is entertaining. There's no way they paid that man enough.
