Forum Mafia Game Thread

Welcome to Sevenseas' First Forum Mafia!

Some basic guidelines:

  • The setup is STBS with 3 villagers, 2 templars and 2 mafia.
  • The templars and mafias will know each other day start.
  • The templars and mafia are allowed to communicate with each other outside this game topic.
  • All day phases and night phases will be approximately 24 hours long.
  • You may vote for whoever you like during the day. If there is a 50%+1 majority BW on a player (In day1 with 7 players, 4 is a majority to lynch), that player will be lynched.
  • If there is no majority BW by the end of the day, the day will result in a no lynch.
  • Please do not delete posts.
  • You are not allowed to post unless you are in the game.

  • Picante, Mafia, lynched day1

  • Ally, Town Templar, killed night1.

Sadly, the username search is broken, for newer accounts, otherwise I would have just added the players to the game and blocked everyone else.

You're not the only one to vote matt. We had tons of people voting page 1 and that should be a red flag. Game had barely even begun.

When I vote it's not because I have an fos, it's when I'm completely convinced they're mafia.

Oh so you're pretty much voting to get reactions. I guess it makes sense, but doesn't really align with how I usually play.

For me, when I see this aggro af behavior it's usually mafia and I don't want to misread a town member who's using it in their playstyle

Early votes can be made to generate game flow. There's nothing wrong with making a vote based on very little.

Why are we voting so soon? Anyone who has currently cast a vote I'm fosing.

It's 24 hour day phase, we need to take time to actually scumhunt. It's less than an hour into the game, voting serves no purpose but to blitz.
