suicide rates are extremely low/nonexistent in developing and third-world countries.

That's because people in countries are family-oriented and pop out babies as soon as they can. They live with like 10+ people.

In first-world countries, you have like 1 sibling, parents who go to work and you just isolate yourself. Most people who commit suicide these days are basically just lonely and then prescribed tons of pills.
