Mods sitting on reports

HI I LOVE MOST OF YOU MODS, however, why did when Bye report me, I instantly got a vio and she got a refund (even though they took away the vio now), BUT...

Mods are still sitting from reports 2/3 days ago about people who threw against me because im running? Either vio them and give them a warning, or please refund.

Please get to the reports! I need someone to attend to me! When someone reports me, I instantly get a note or violation, but it's like all my reports go to the spam folder!
