My advice: Divergent games can go very wrong, very quickly (I hosted one a while back). If anyone suicides the whole game messes up and eventually no one wants to play anymore and it becomes boring. Though, if you think you are up to the task of hosting such a difficult game, go for it!

Players are put in one of 5 factions. Abnegation (Selfless) - Candor (Honest) - Erudite (Intelligent) - Dauntless (Brave) - Amity (Peaceful). They play as tribes for the challenge, and the winning faction will be the head faction of the day. They will have to nominate one faction for elimination, and if they can’t agree, the official ‘winner’ of the challenge will have the final say. The nominated faction will play in the second challenge, where the winner becomes the ‘divergent’ of the day and can join a new faction (they can choose to stay however). Once that happens, all factions (except nominated) will vote to eliminate someone from the nominated faction. This will continue until one faction remains, and once that happens it will play out as survivor or BB, whatever the host desires.
