I first started hosting after about 15 orgs. Although i wasn't the best cause i was in multiple orgs at once at the time and then i finally lead my own org and was super disoginized lmfao.

but now after 53 orgs. after watching a few hosts to see what i liked and what i disliked. i saw hosts and what made them , and i saw good hosts and what made them great. I saw the type of challenges i didn't like as much as i saw seasons casting and ethics and decided what values i wanted to take in for myself.

i chose to host on discord because i struggled to get applications for fb and i knew skype already had lots of orgs. I decided on discord because it was a scene without a lot of "great" orgs. ppl often describe it as a palce where 15 year olds play so i thought id get a bigger audiance if i hosted on discord especially now that its getting favoured more and more to skype.

this is why i also think you should experiande more orgs before starting to host one. especially as someone who has played mostly lobby games which are super different from orgs and more intnsive because you gotta be online everyday consistantly!
although 53 orgs isnt neccisary xd i just decided to host now cause after my win m not so desperate to play several orgs at once im only in 2 rn!
