Hey I'm craving curry and I want to try a bunch of different kinds to decide which one should go into my recipe book.

If you have any that you like I would appreciate it if you posted it. I'll let you know my opinion on it when tried.

Redang, a type of cry curry from Indonesia. Sort of like a spicy beef stew.

Gulai, also from Indonesia. Mild curry with lots of tumeric.

Thai green curry, sweet and citrusy curry from thailand.

Alternatively, watch the worth it curry episode on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-JmA5_gHrrM

OK OK lets try this out

>chicken breast
>lemon
>oregano
>milk cream
>onions
>green apple

boil the breast with the bone in water, separate the breast from the bone, and keep the water. marinate the breast on lemon water for a while, then fry it in a pan but not totally just SEAL it u know. On another pan, add, onions, a bit of butter, sliced pieces of green apple and part of the bone-breast water, let it cook for a while until the sliced pieces of apple start melt, then add the breast plus more bone-breast water then the CURRY, then oregano then milk cream, let it cook a bit more and its ready. Eat with good rice for better results
cheers.
